dc.description.abstract The thesis and description under the title of “Impact of Training and development on the Performance of Teachers in Private Sector Schools of Islamabad” is a complete document regarding all the realities of this field. It is all about the working of private sector and its comparison with the public sector. In the entire document there’s a huge amount of material written regarding the overall behavior with and without training impacts. During research and thesis writing I found out that training is somewhat more like a good incentive. It is fruitful in every section of working. The basic thing it improves is the caliber of teachers for teaching in the atmosphere where the students can enhance their mental skills and their way of expression. During the course of thesis work, different visits of the schools were carried out and the discussions were done with the experts. For this, a rough idea regarding the impact of fees structure and location of school was also made the part but finally the results were different as per the expectations. The thesis is all about the better working experience of those teachers who’ve been through the different atmospheres of private sector organizations and have attended the training workshops. In the document I’ve mentioned response from the students can play a very important role in betterment of the teachers training programs and this is certainly the best impact and feedback so far. If the students are satisfied and their parents are happy the immediate effect on the working of teacher is really very positive. This helps a teacher to boast his or her self-esteem and then they can even work in limited conditions with unlimited motivation. en_US
