Impact of technology in improving supply chain and logistics : a case of Sikander Gull international Kinno factory Sargodha

Abstract

This project report is on the supply chain analysis of the Sikander Gull International Kinno Factory (Sargodha). The project report gives us brief introduction about the organization, followed by its mission and vision statements and the company’s core values. A deep analysis of the factory (Sargodha) is conducted, so that the problem can be identified and also interviews are conducted from the employees of the organization for the better recognition of the problem. The project report provides recommendations for the improvements in supply chain in Sikander Gull International Kinno Factory (Sargodha). One of the major problems is inconsistent supply of the raw material to the market. And the nonexistence of adequate supply chain. Therefore, recommendations are provided to the company for the advancement of its technology and logistics to enhance and improve the supply chain process of the organization.
