| dc.description.abstract | Keeping in view its customer base company has defined its efficient yet simple Cash and Carry whole sale concept. Not everyone can go and shop freely at METRO Cash and Carry only window shopping is allowed. It’s not like other cash and carry stores that where you buy a thing or two and leave after paying cash. Professional customer buy from METRO Cash and Carry, not everyone is being permitted to do so. The customers are provided with customer cards. The client card holds information for each client at the back . It is not just a hypermarket chain for secret utilization, however an up-to-date manifestation of wholesale only custom-made to the demands of organizations and organizations. The central clients are the medium-sized retailers, merchants and restaurants, lodgings, and food providers. The organization offers business clients an exhaustive item run both in sustenance and non-nourishment and productive business answers for upgrade the client's intensity in their own particular markets. Metro has definitely provided the Pakistani customers a totally new experience of shopping. It was originally launched for small or medium sized retailers and whole sellers but METRO Cash and Carry also never says no to the individual customer who has to buy something for his household use. METRO Cash and Carry has introduced one-stop shop concept that is you can buy almost anything under a single roof and that took on a price that is very low from outside market or competitor’s products. Over the past few years METRO Cash and Carry is doing very good business in Pakistan. They have high utilization of resources and a good team to look out for anything which leads to customer dissatisfaction yet there are some issues which they have to face frequently out of which load shedding, fuel prices strikes of transporters and turnover ratio of employees are the main concerns. This report discusses the main concerns and at the end I have provided METRO Cash and Carry with some suggestions which would definitely help them out from the problems which they are facing. | en_US |
