dc.description.abstract This report is about market strategy formulation for revenue enhancement for BEST WESTERN Hotel wedding department. In this report we discuss concept of marketing strategy, marketing mix and segmentation. In this we report we collect the data from the primary and secondary resources, and then we interpret that data and generate recommendations for the hotel. Basically we are making a marketing strategy for the wedding department of this particular organization and try to increase its market share that has lost considerably over the last year and this year in particular. We also highlight the potential flaws that result in decrease of wedding business and try to provide the proposed solutions to the organization. In this report we also highlight the importance of marketing strategy in service industry in this era. This project report will plays a significant role in company’s success. en_US
