dc.description.abstract The purpose of this project is to provide a good brand of Pakistan in the line of Bottled water brands which is no lesser in quality than any imported brand but have price tag lesser than other brands. Our brand Republic Water by Pearls Extensions Pvt ltd will contribute in growth of Pakistani Economy. We have done this project to explore and prove the feasibility and justification of local bottled water brand in Rawalpindi and Islamabad region’s upper class as well as middle and lower middle class. The project is about the business plan of marketing and human resource management of manufacturing bottled water in Rawalpindi and Islamabad. We have done extensive market research and field work to explore this region for the opportunity of becoming best local brand in bottled water industry. We also held discussions with the marketing experts, supply chain gurus and human resource managers. After all the research and exploration we have found that there is a demand for locally manufactured bottled water if quality maintained. The demand varies very much on seasonal basis and imported manufacturer are unable to cope up with demand in summers, there exists the opportunity to launch our brand. We will use different pricing strategies to attract customers along with extensive marketing campaign through social media, newspaper and other BTL mediums. We have one strong competitive advantage over our competitors is that our client is already a sole distributor of already present bottled water brand Hydrate. We are very confident have done our branding and will be also launching our website in next month’s last week. We will start our marketing campaign in the mid of June 2015 through billboards and banners. Then in the last week we will start mass media marketing on cable TV networks of Islamabad and Rawalpindi and before the launch week we will start our mass media campaign by different slogans. en_US
