| dc.description.abstract | In order to achieve the task of completion of master degree in business administration assigned by the department of business administration Bahria University Islamabad, we choose the reputed body that is the National Database and Registration Authority (NADRA). The Human Recourse Department of the NADRA has emerged as the most successful among other departments. This project attempts to provide an insight understanding of how organization recruit & Select the right person at right place at right time to get the flavour of the organization’s environment. This was not only helped us to get the soul of all the different activities occurring in Recruitment & Selection Process, which is good for a beginner and learner but also learning the behaviour of different people with in the NADRA. The project is rendering to best of our observation and the knowledge extended by books that has been tried to be executed. The processes involved in the recruitment & selection process has been studied methodically and the things we have learned will further improve our competences and refine our management skills. | en_US |
