Abstract:
The study was conducted for analyzing the impact of integration between buyer and supplier impacts on the supply chain performance of textile industry. Integration between customer and supplier is very crucial for the performance of individual firm and as well as for the overall supply chain. The good and effective integration between supply chain participants is result from the trust and commitment. Trust and commitment are very necessary to come into any business operations and process. The trust and commitment will force to an effective collaboration. To keep the competitive advantage in market for the good supply chain performance the effective collaboration has a key role. The study theoretical framework consist on trust and commitment which will result into good collaboration process and it would improve the overall supply chain performance.
For the analysis, primary data was collected from the supply chain officials of the different
textile firms of Multan. The study was conducted under quantitative approach. For the collection of data the questionnaire method was used. Five point likert scales was used for both independent and dependent variable. The chrobach Alpha reliability of the instrument in their study was above acceptance level i.e. 0.7. Data was collected and analyzed for identification of relationship between variables. O check the relation between the variables on the basis of data, correlation and regression models were using by using SPSS. As per results of regression analysis the partnership between supply chain entities was positive impact in supply chain performance.
