Whether your business states its policies orally or documents them in a handbook given to employees at hiring, all businesses have employment policies. If a business does not provide employees with these policies, they are exposing their business to liability from federal and state agencies and from a civil lawsuit brought by a former employee. This Project addresses main problem area that a Pakistani registered company, "Unicorn Black" is facing. The problem area is relevant to Human resource. The problems area was to bring up with a rule book that would explain workplace rules and policies which will provide guidance to the employer and employee enabling them to achieve success.
