dc.description.abstract Today, presence of the competitive business environment, well reputed organizations are highly emphasizing on importance of participative management, employee contribution, employee’s right, welfares and satisfaction to improve the productivity, performance and position of the organization in the business world and changing environment. The main purpose of this study is to identify the employee contributions apply effective management human resource training for career growth of employees in their organization. This research study is quantitative in nature being conducted on the telecom sector of Pakistan. Questionnaire instrument is utilized in this research study. Telecom companies taken into account are Warid, Ufone, Telenor, and Mobilink. The sample size is 131. The data extracted from the respondents in the form of questionnaires is deeply analyzed through the utilization of business software. Findings have reflected that participative management impacts on the performance of employees. en_US
