| dc.description.abstract | The main focus of this study is to enhance the performance and motivational level of the female employees in the organization is through giving them proper training. Our main focus was on how and what could be the way through which it is possible to enhance the performance level and motivational level of the female employees in an organization. So that they can also get the opportunity to compete with the male employees and can see themselves as important assets to the organization. Very less female employees are seen that they have been given the opportunity to be the manager of some specific departments. Therefore, we used the questionnaire’s to help collect data from 70 (female) employees out of which 61questionnaires were returned back to us who were working in 3 different banks. The data which we collected was with the help of using the 5 point Likert scale. Whereas the study is purely cross-sectional in nature. We developed two hypotheses which were as follow. H1: Training has an obvious effect on female worker’s performance H2: Trainer in the work environment has a positive effect on training as well as performance . | en_US |
