Employees are real resources of any association. The dynamic part they play towards an organization's prosperity can't be belittled. Thus, preparing these resources through compelling preparing gets to be basic keeping in mind the end goal to boost the employment execution. Additionally position them to tackle the difficulties of the today's focused business atmosphere. A broad exploration has been led in the region of Human Research Management; the same can't be said on representative preparing particularly as it concerns creating nations. The motivation behind this proposal was to assess the effect of preparing on work execution, utilizing the telecom business as a part of Pakistan. Keeping in mind the end goal to comprehend the study point, the impact of training on work performance of engineers working on middle level position and acting as managers/team lead using the telecom sector .My aim in this study will be focusing upon the following goals, which are the identification of the training programs (soft skill) offered to the employees, impact of the soft skill training on the employees work performance and the methods of trainings. The study was taking into account three telecom organizations working in Pakistan. A qualitative methodology of the information accumulation was received utilizing a survey using 27 questions from 15 respondents.
