Abstract:
This study is basically talks about the major issue of the organizations which is employees’ turnover. Every organization is facing this problem in all over the world. This study talks about the Werrick Pharmaceutical which is facing this problem from couple of years. Werrick pharmaceutical industry is Employees intensive with similar to pharmaceutical industry in Pakistan and it has excessive as compared to other industries. Pakistan’s pharmaceutical products are high quality and much exploit in the world. Werrick Pharmaceutical mainly based on internal employees as well as the major portion of employees includes external that are labors in this Werrick Pharmaceutical industry. This study will rotates around the major problems of different reasons and factors effecting intensions of employee to leave the job in Werrick. To address this main issue, couples of relevant interviews are conducted from the current employees who give the current situation of employee’s turnover and other interviews are conducted through departing employees who are no more part of werrick pharmaceutical industry. These interviews give us specific knowledge about employee’s turnover and this industry practices to determine the said problem .In order to get unbiased responses, this study also make some questionnaire through which it provide complete knowledge about the major problems of employees turnover. Basically the questionnaire is to get specific information from Werrick employees as well as also conduct interviews with HR and supervisor in selected companies to know through management perspective about employees turnover. Interviews are structured in nature. Feedback through questionnaire based on factors influence on employee’s turnover. Our conclusion and recommendations with connection to analysis and it also found that biases also exist in labor market on the behalf of relationships.
So, at the end this study provide the solution to Werrick industry that how to overcome the issue of reducing employee turnover. This study also helpful for the Werrick to increase the production level as well as retain the employees by providing benefits to subordinates because the employees will shows their growth due to job satisfaction.
