dc.description.abstract Intelligent energy management systems have proven to be in an escalating demand thanks to the fast and urgent need for the efficient use of energy resources and the rapid integration of renewable energy resources. To address these new challenges, the project leverages the latest web and cloud-based technologies to create a smart energy monitoring and sharing platform, Invershare, which will maximize energy optimization potential and enable more effective distribution of energy in these areas. The energy can be tracked, analyzed and controlled by the interconnected devices such as solar panels and inverter systems on Invershare. It uses Firebase as its cloud back end to enable real-time data syncing across the Internet of Things (IoT) devices and the cloudbased database. It allows for the scalable and responsive exchanges to data, while ensuring reliability. It is integrated with a user-friendly dashboard that offers a detailed overview of the energy flow, energy consumptions and the surplus available from the energy. Invershare will provide valuable feedback on how energy is used, and help users make informed decisions about future energy allocation and utilization. Moreover, web-based architecture caters for future expansion and enables reliable interactions between smart devices and cloud services. The salient points of the proposed system are real time energy monitoring, user authentication and authorization on the system, detailed record keeping of energy transactions, and intelligent decision making system for enhancing the energy efficiency. The role of Invershare on bettering the logo of sustainable and intelligent energy systems comes from the activity of energy saving and the utilization in the most efficient way of renewable energy resources. On the other hand, the presented platform can be considered the base for future trends regarding the smart grid technologies. Future enhancements could lead to a use of machine learning algorithms for accurate consumption prediction and usage behaviors; creation of mobile applications for better usage and interaction by users, and also an implementation of blockchain technology for a secure, transparent, and decentralized energy trading by every user en_US
