dc.description.abstract This research was conducted to examine the association between religious coping, perceived social support, death anxiety and post traumatic growth among β-thalassemia patients in Pakistan. BRCOPE, multidimensional scale of perceived social support, death anxiety questionnaire, and post traumatic growth inventory were used to measure the variables respectively. The sample consisted of 60 patients (male=26, female=34). Pearson correlation, linear regression, and independent sample t-test analysis were conducted using SPSS version 25. There was a significant moderate positive correlation between PRC and PTG(**p<.01, r= .53). Whereas, NRC and PTG had a non-significant, weak negative relationship (p>.05 and r=-.15). The results indicated a non-significant, weak and negative relationship between PRC and DA (p>.05, r=-.20). A non-significant association was observed between NRC and DA which indicated a weak positive correlation between the two variables (r=.18). Perceived social support had a significant, weak negative association with death anxiety (*p<.05, r=-.27). On the contrary, a statistically significant, moderate positive correlation was found between PSS and PTG (**p<.01, r= .38). PSS significantly predicted death anxiety and post traumatic growth en_US
