dc.description.abstract This document presents WanderMind, an AI-powered autonomous travel planning and booking system designed to deliver personalized, optimized, and dynamic travel experiences. The platform integrates a multi-agent architecture combining both Node.js and Python-based services, where the backend orchestrates communication between the frontend and specialized AI agents. These agents including Planner, Explorer, Negotiator, and Booking modules collaborate to generate structured itineraries, recommend attractions, optimize travel costs, and provide booking insights. The system leverages Large Language Models (LLMs) via API to generate context-aware travel plans enriched with time-based schedules, activity categorization, transportation guidance, and user-centric recommendations. To enhance decision-making, a negotiation engine analyzes the generated itinerary and suggests cost-saving alternatives, improving affordability without compromising the quality of the experience. Additionally, the booking module aggregates flight and hotel options from multiple providers, presenting users with actionable links and estimated price ranges. The frontend, developed with modern UI frameworks, presents the output in a structured, interactive format to ensure usability and engagement. WanderMind demonstrates a scalable and resilient AI-driven travel ecosystem that combines automation, personalization, and real-time adaptability, offering users a comprehensive solution for trip planning, optimization, and booking assistance. en_US
