dc.description.abstract The Oasis School for Autism faces unique challenges in tracking the daily development of students. Standard school apps usually focus on grades, but special needs education requires tracking small, daily changes in behavior, therapy, and moods. We built OASIS Thrive Track specifically for the Oasis School for Autism to move their manual paperwork into a digital app that actually works for their daily needs. It consists of a Flutter mobile application for both Android and iOS, and a React-based web portal for administrators. The system uses a unique "Step-by-Step" diary flow where Teachers first record a child's day, Coordinators review the data for accuracy, and Parents finally receive the information. A major highlight of the project is the AI Summarizer, which allows parents to turn weeks of daily logs into a single, easy-to-read progress report. By using modern tools like FastAPI, PostgreSQL (Supabase), and Render, OASIS provides a fast and secure way for the school and parents to stay connected. en_US
