dc.description.abstract Our project is to study and implement Lean PM Framework (An Advanced Project Management Technique) on a Manufacturing Facility and compare its efficiency over its traditional counterpart. The aim is to apply lean principals (Reduce Inventory, Reduction in Movement, Overproduction, Defect Rate etc.) over a running manufacturing facility, potential benefit of which is the increased Organizational Productivity. On a broader spectrum, if this concept is opted at country wide manufacturing, it would definitely polish our country's manufacturing practices, would increase Organizational Profit and eventually would contribute & Improve in the National Financial Standing among the globe. en_US
