Abstract:
The project management is the basic structure of any organization. Its work in any organization has brought up. Organizations have understood the importance of project management for the excellence of the projects. The objectives of project management including management, standardization and coordination are the base of project management office.
According to the research it is estimated that many projects are failed and face threatening challenges due to the non-implication of PMO. Such failures may be due to lack of authorities commitment their limited planning, uncontrollable deliveries and expectation of unrealistic budgets. In this projects all this concerns have been discussed by applying project management office.
In this repost for the company work project model office has been advised to implicate it according to the company's need. Project management institution has recommended a basic definition of project management office, which can be defined as;
"An organizational body or entity assigned various responsibilities related to the centralized and coordinated management of projects under its domain".
Moreover, in the company project the project timeline has been created. In this project dynamics of project management office has been discussed as an elective course in degree program MS (Project Management)
