dc.description.abstract The Smart AI Suite is a unified, web-based artificial intelligence platform that consolidates multiple AI capabilities into a single application. The system integrates a conversational as sistant (supporting Google Gemini and OpenAI GPT models), client-side image processing (conversion, background removal, enhancement), Optical Character Recognition (OCR) with multilingual support, speech-to-text, a text humanizer backed by a FastAPI microser vice running a T5 model, and productivity tools including a CV maker, GPA calculator, PDF merger, and a todo manager. The platform is built with Next.js 15 and React 18 on the frontend, with Supabase providing authentication, PostgreSQL storage, and row-level security (RLS). Client-side libraries such as Tesseract.js, @imgly/background-removal, and pdf-lib enable privacy-preserving processing for images and documents. Empirical tests show conversational latency typically below two seconds, image processing completing within five to ten seconds on mid-tier hardware, and reliable concurrency for typical classroom or small team usage. This document presents the complete lifecycle, including literature review, requirements, architecture and design (with UML), implementation, testing and evaluation, and future work. en_US
