dc.description.abstract FreelanceNest is an AI-driven freelancing marketplace designed to overcome the chal lenges of traditional platforms, such as unfair job allocation, high service fees, poor communication tools, and inadequate skill verification. By leveraging intelligent recom mendation models, the platform ensures fair, skill-based job matching, providing equal opportunities for both new and experienced freelancers. To facilitate smooth collaboration, FreelanceNest offers real-time messaging, notifications, and secure payment processing via Stripe, fostering transparency and trust between clients and freelancers. The platform is built with React.js for the frontend, Node.js for the backend, and Firebase for real-time database management, authentication, and notifications. Additional features include an analytics dashboard and admin monitoring tools to enhance user experience and system oversight. By combining AI-powered decision-making with a robust system architecture, FreelanceNest delivers a reliable, fair, and scalable freelancing ecosystem that enhances hiring accuracy, builds user trust, and elevates the freelancing experience. en_US
