Abstract:
The Custom-Built Intranet System is an intelligent, centralized and secure internal platform, which is created to facilitate communication, workflow operations, document operation and organizational functions. Fragmentation of information, varying system and structure of documents, and manual processes, slowed the existing organizational processes in terms of accessing files, commission computation, sales tracking, and performance reporting. The solution suggested met these constraints by offering structured repositories, standard ized metadata tagging and support files access through CDN to retrieve them faster and enhance data flow. The system that was constructed with the help of Supabase and Flutter provided cross-platform accessibility, real-time synchronization, data integrity, and high performance. The users of role-based dashboards were Admin, CEO, COO, CFO, Sales Manager, Accountant, and HR who were shown KPIs of leads, revenues, commissions, payroll liabilities, user activity. The system also had secure access that was in the form of Supabase authentication, JWT sessions, RLS policies, TLS encryption, multi-factor authentication, and audit trails. The core modules such as financial management, auto mated payouts, tax calculations, sales pipeline analytics, forecasting as well as document management facilitated correct and compliant as well as streamlined operations. Intranet minimized reliance on third-party tools, increased accuracy of the data, standardization of the processes and scalability to expand in future. In general, the system offered an end-to end digital solution to enhance the efficiency of organizations, increase their transparency, and decision-making by providing real-time insights and role-based, secure automation of organizations
