dc.description.abstract Stress, anxiety, and depression are some of the mental health issues that are increasingly becoming common among university students and usually, they go unaddressed either because of social barriers or lack of support. The AI-Based Student Stress Management System provides a confidential, interactive system, which measures and analyzes the mental health of students through validated questionnaires (PSS, GAD-7, PHQ-9) and machine learning algorithms. It categorizes the level of stress in real-time and offers customized assistance with the help of an AI-enabled chatbot educated in DSM-5 and other materials. The system also comprises games designed to relieve stress, breathing activities and mindfulness to aid in the emotional well-being so that the students can check their mental state after using these applications. Moreover, the system has the advantage of offering students the chance of making appointments with professional doctors and counselors at the Bahria University Well-being Center to receive higher-level assistance. The Well being Department has a specific administration panel, which allows the administrators and health professionals to track student activities, assessments, and progress to ensure that the intervention is provided in a timely manner.Future enhancements involve incorporation of facial expression detection in order to better detect stress. The project is focused on empowering students by providing mental health-related support with accessible and judgment-free AI services, as well as enhancing the bond between the students and the professional well-being resources. en_US
