Abstract

The Home Services App is a mobile-based platform designed to connect customers with verified professionals for a wide range of household services, including plumbing, electrical work, and general maintenance. The app aims to streamline the process of finding and hiring reliable service providers by offering features such as AI-powered chat assistance for problem diagnosis, real-time bidding for transparent pricing, and location tracking for efficient on-site services. Customers can post job requests, compare bids, communicate directly with profes sionals, and track service appointments in real time. Professionals can manage their profiles, submit bids, and respond to job offers, while an integrated admin panel enables system-wide oversight and professional verification. The application leverages Flutter for cross-platform development, Supabase Supabase Database for real-time database man agement, and Google Maps API for navigation and live tracking. This project provides a modern solution to the challenges of inconsistent service qual ity, price ambiguity, and lack of trust in the home services sector. By offering verified professionals, competitive bidding, AI-driven insights, and a seamless user experience, the Home Services App serves as a reliable, efficient, and transparent marketplace for both customers and service providers.
