Abstract:
PetCare Hub is created as an all-inclusive AI-driven pet care service platform, which is linked to trusted providers of services. Existing platforms are generally restricted to simple service listing and do not offer the smart monitoring, professional verification, and infrastructure needed in the current pet care. PetCare Hub uses complete Role-Based Access Control (RBAC) access to overcome these shortcomings, having Pet Owners, Verified Service Providers, and Administrators. The AI-assisted device consists of two primary support applications: a Pet Care Chatbot (driven by Google Gemini API), which may be used to answer any general questions, and Disease Prediction Service, the health recommendation engine that is a machine learning-powered application. It is a platform on which qualified professionals are allowed to give services by a Service Provider Verification Workflow. The integrated service management facilitates pictures upload, service description, pricing and booking, Stripe payment, and email notification. The Real-time Geofencing Technology will enable pet owners to create safe areas and get immediate alerts whenever pets leave these areas. Quality assurance is ensured by the system of 5 stars ratings and reviews of the providers. Other features are profile management and medical history of pets, real time location and instant notifications using Socket.io.
