CROWDSOURCING BASED KNOWLEDGE MARKET

Abstract

When someone is looking for an answer, the first place they go is the internet, as it’s filled with resources about the information they are looking for, but there is no easy way to find the authenticity of that answer among numerous of articles, blogs and independent sources. So, for this we made a web-application where people can verify answers based on their knowledge and give votes to the best given answer, this already happens in well-known websites like Quora, Reddit etc. But there, you can only answer questions in the form of text, gifs and images etc, but we are making a web-application where people can answer by usingnewfeatureslikeCode compiler, Flowcharts, Drawings and graphs, and including the features that are already incorporated in common online forums. If the question is related to coding, user can answer using our compiler and can see the desired output as well. Additionally, we integrated the feature to enable users to hire other people to solve their problem. To enable monetization user will have to through a set of rules to verify their expertise in the respected field. If they feel like the question that they posted didn’t get enough attention or a proper solution wasn’t posted by anyone in desired time, then they can hire a professional to specifically do that task.The project incorporatedthe web technologiesReact JS, Node JS, socket.io, Mongodb,stripe. This project will give us an opportunity to develop the important skill of integrating various technologies with one another in a single application. It took an iterative strategy in its implementation. Throughout the course, we launched several project milestones, small releases of feature subsets which that gradually lead to the completion of this complex web application.
