RENT ANYTHING

Abstract

This project presents the design and evaluation of rental website that provides dresses and decorative items on rent. The website aims to offer a convenient and affordable way for people to access a variety of products and owning them. The website allows users to browse, book, and pay for rentals online, as well as rate and review their experiences. The website also features services without a recommendation system that suggests relevant items based on the user’s preferences and history. The report describes the mam features and functionalities of the website, as well as the user interface and database design. The report also discusses the results of a user testing session that was conducted to assess the usability and satisfaction of the website. The report concludes with some recommendations for future improvements and extensions of the website. The project "RENT ANYTHING" is a rental web application that aims to provide an online platform for renting various items such as Sherwani, Bridal Dresses etc. The main objective of the project is to make it easy for people to rent expensive items at an affordable price. The work was undertaken using MERN stack technology, which includes MongoDB, Express JS, ReactJS, and NodeJS. The system allows browse and rent items, and also has features such as sorting and filtering items based on price and categories. The system also includes a secure online payment gateway and an email notification system. The project concludes that the proposed solution is a unique idea and can be a useful tool for people who want to rent expensive items at an affordable price. The system also has a strong security feature which includes the validation of the user and also the return policy for damaged items
