dc.description.abstract VAN ON is a comprehensive tracking and management system that provides application and web interface for tracking vans to benefit administrations, vendors, and passengers. Positive answers and recommendations will inspire other organisations to implement this system, resulting in more commercial opportunities. The solution will allow administrations and vendors to operate vans more efficiently, including payment processing. Van On solves a number of challenges in the present transport system, including security concerns caused by long wait times at pickup sites, late fee payments, students being late for courses, drivers being late and the potential of snatching or kidnapping at pickup points. Our mission is to improve people's lives by providing effective monitoring services with a particular emphasis on safety. The creation of a computerised van management system is an intended to address the limitations of the manual transportation method. Our goal is to improve the organization's existing mobility infrastructure. Security concerns, the inability of organisations and passengers to trace their vans, manual payment processing, a lack of records for suspended drivers, and driver punctuality are among the key issues addressed. Our purpose is to enable organisations to monitor vehicles, saving them time and assuring their safety. We try to improve the whole transportation experience by prioritising safety and efficiency. VAN ON is a complete tracking and management system that seeks to transform van transportation. It provides a user-friendly application and a web gateway that allows administrators, vendors, and passengers to track vans in real time. Administrations can use VAN ON to efficiently manage their fleet of vans, track their whereabouts, and ensure timely pickups and drop-offs. This reduces the possibility of theft, snatching, or kidnapping situations by allowing passengers to track the arrival and departure of vehicles. Furthermore, VAN ON solves the issueof late fee payments by implementing a streamlined payment method. Passengers can quickly make payments through the app or web interface, avoiding the need for manual processing and lowering the likelihood of payment delays or missed payments. en_US
