AUTOMATIC MEETING SCHEDULER

Abstract

Meeting is an important part of our professional life to share and discuss issues multiple confidential documents. There are different types of based on approaches, methods and techniques that are used in organizations for meeting management to track these meetings and store all the meeting files accordingly. In this research work, a new ideaof meeting scheduling system is proposed. The objective of this work is that will detectthe conflict of time among the attendees of the meeting and automatically schedule a meeting by using the necessary information and it also have a option of manual meeting. In case of conflict of available time automatically.The system is tested time, the system proposes with satisfaction and implemented as our final year project. Electronic calendars are important tools that are used by consumers on daily basis. However, scheduling a meeting that involves persons with different commitments andpreferences remains a difficult task. Meeting scheduling is because current calendaring applications cannot handle the difficult responsibility of automatically and autonomously managing time slots Using tools to schedule meetings yourself can be awaste of time. In addition, from entering the details of the meeting in your calendar, there are other time- consuming activities like responding to emails to confirm the meeting. When this process gets automated, the scheduling is faster and more accurate The main motive behind building the cross-platform application is to provide fast and convenient way to schedule meetings. Overall, this project is being developed to help and perform the task with accuracy of the user as well as to facilitate the user while using the system and havinga good experience with the particulate.
