dc.description.abstract This study “need for formalization of HR practices in the informal hospitality sector- Dhaba restaurants all across federal territory” is the social and most common issue of the country. This part of the society is the most ignorant part of the society. That is why to conduct the study, this topic has been chosen, in order to discuss that why there is a need of formalization in this sector. The employees are of the key importance in any organization. The purpose of this study is to eradicate the biggest misconception, that the employees of formal sector, only come under the definition of the employees, and all the human rights and social protection systems are applicable to the employees of formal sector only. To discuss this social issue, observations and in-depth interviews are conducted and provided with findings of the subject under study. This study is eye opening as it provides the details of human resource issues the dhaba workers face in their daily life and the need of attention they deserve. The role of CDA has been also discussed, and the study emphasis that CDA should play positive role for the development of dhaba restaurants. en_US
