dc.description.abstract This research is conducted to analyse the impact of quality education on performance of public schools. In order to conduct the study, quantitative research technique has been used. While utilizing quantitative research method, questionnaires were used for collection of data. The data has been collected from 300 teachers of 30 public schools of Rawalpindi/Islamabad. The research has found that there is significant positive impact of quality education on organizational performance. In order to enhance performance level of public schools in Pakistan, the government must focus on improving the quality of education provided to students. To improve quality of education, a significant role is played by teachers working in public schools. For improving their skills and capabilities, they must be provided with training opportunities. In the end of this research, areas for future research have also been provided. en_US
