Abstract:
I would like to take this opportunity to thank all those people who have helped me in this work. This thesis is the upshot of 4 month research study as an MBA student at Bahria University, at the Department of Management of Islamabad. This thesis would not have been written without the support and encouragement of numerous people, whom I would like to thank here in vociferous manner.
First of all, I tender my gratitude to my thesis supervisor Nida Aman. I deeply appreciate her support, path breaking ideas, and watchful direction which I deeply observed in frequent meetings discussing this work.
