dc.description.abstract ABSTRACT Research has shown that which companies focus on improving their competitiveness have started investing in state of art staffing, training and compensation practices rather then traditional investment in technology and quality. The management is responsible to ensure that employees have necessary skills to perform current and future job challenges. With the introduction of new technology and the quality movement, many companies have redesigning work and reengineered the structure. As result new skills have emerged which are mandatory to perform those technological tasks. In this scenario the biggest challenge to management is to develop new skills in employees to be successful in a team environment. In this modern era to deal with all the above mentioned challenges human resource management deals with: • Measuring employees’ performance. • Preparing employees for future challenges, identifying there strengths and weaknesses, problems, and future plans. • Making friendly and constructive work environment which benefits organization and individuals. MCB is using the strategic Human Resource Management to solve the problems of every manager in every department. Training, recruitment and performance appraisal are the most important function of strategic HR . Our research is based on questions what is the system/process of performance appraisal of MCB bank? Which kind of trainings MCB provided to the employee? How can they measure or identify the results of training after the completion of training? We collected the data both from secondary and primary sources. For collecting PRIMARY data we adopt questionnaire method, we were design a questionnaire according to our topic then filled them from the employees of the MCB bank, which helps us to analysis and get accurate information. en_US
