dc.description.abstract In the fast growing telecom sector, employee’s performance and fair evaluation play an extremely important role. Through this research study, we have surveyed “The Rhetoric and Reality of Personnel Policies (Compensation and Training) in the Public Sector”. Results highlighted that the two variables Compensation and Training are positively correlated. It is recommended that all those organizations who want to succeed in the global cutthroat competition and desire to grow fast, they can do it easily only by increasing employee participation. For this, what they need to do is to pay serious attention to training and compensation and in result, offer the most deserving rewards to increase employee participation and develop effective policies en_US
