Abstract:
This Project is a practical implementation of the Project Management Practices studied during our MBA. The project is divided into five phases namely planning, design, construction, Implementation and Closure of the project. Utmost importance to the triple constraints i.e. scope, time and budget has been given.
The Project would provide you with details pertaining to execution, management and implementation of disaster relief and humanitarian projects. Besides the project is aimed entirely on poverty elevation and elimination of beggary through education and technical skills on a nonprofit humanitarian basis.
