dc.description.abstract The final project is prepared on Administrative and Human Resource departments in PIA. PIA (Pakistan International Airlines) Corporation is a Pakistan-based airline company that is principally engaged in the provision of air transport services in Pakistan. Other activities of the Company include provision of engineering and other allied services related to the aircrafts. This project report explains all about the Administrative and Human Resource departments working of management and services offered by the PIA (Pakistan International Airlines). Moreover this project report also illustrates the recent advancements and renovations in the management infrastructure of PIA (Pakistan International Airlines) and also highlights the plus points and future perspectives of this advancement on the managerial infrastructure of PIA. The main theme of the project is to explain the political influence in hiring process in Pakistan International Airline. en_US
