Abstract:
The topic under study is ‘Factors that affect the success of women top managers in Pakistan’. The present study examines the factors which affect the success of women top managers in the banking industry of Pakistan. The topic was chosen as there wasn’t any research made for the lack of success of women in the banks in Pakistan, and the researcher thought there was a dire need to find out the reasons and factors that are involved affecting the success of women top managers. Most of the data collected in the research is primary data collected through surveys with the help of questionnaires. Secondary data has also been searched upon for the knowledge of the researcher collected through different books, journals and articles so that the researcher has a high level of knowledge about the problem and will be able to conclude in a better way. In the end, the researcher has collected all the questionnaires from the respondents and concluded her research with her own recommendations after analyzing the information she has gained.
