Abstract:
The purpose of the research is to assess National Internship Program about providing a good learning with respect to good working environment and quality training. The data is collected from filled questionnaires and interviews taken that include all the major constructs of quality training and good working environment. Use SPSS statistical software for getting the statistics about the response of the interns under National Internship Program. Apply a regression model for the impact of the different variables on my research and the logic model for clearly identification of the objective or intended outcomes of the program. The results are quite satisfactory that interns are not getting a quality of training environment. Recommendations are on methodological issues, including selection of relevant dependent measures.
