dc.description.abstract ABSTRACT This is a descriptive quantitative and hypothesis testing study conducted on the working behaviors of young entrepreneurs. The study focused on behavior of young entrepreneurs by showing the impact of information technology on the intention to work and level of self efficacy. The study was intended to serve for particular interest of SMEs small medium enterprises as it constituted the role of information technology in these enterprises which are run by young and energetic entrepreneur. The study was addressed to the two variables comprising of self efficacy and entrepreneurial intent. In this study a detailed questionnaire was administered for data generation. 110 responses were received against 120 questionnaires which dispatched to young entrepreneurs for collection of data in Rawalpindi/Islamabad. Data was analyzed on spss in order to know the effect of information technology on the level of self efficacy and entrepreneurial intent of young entrepreneurs. Findings: findings of this study are that there is visible increase in level of self efficacy and intent by using information technology as results in the data analysis section depicts. en_US
