dc.description.abstract The project highlights the most vital concerns, Fazaia School Board counteracts’ at the moment. The school network is working on a social agenda to accommodate the needy, which in turn is affecting the funding mechanism of Fazaia Schools. It in effect, adversely impacts the performance of Fazaia School Network. The school’s finance system is burdened with huge expenses relative to revenues it generates. A number of factors contribute in aggravating the situation, One Fazaia Schools’ multiple pricing strategy, gap in performance management and inadequate funding. Primary and secondary research was conducted, followed by a correlation analysis of the variables. It helped in better understanding of relationships among the variables, analyzing the impact of one on another. The project discusses alternative models which are followed by schools in Pakistan and across the world, successfully. These models facilitate in betterment of school systems’. They suggest different funding resources schools rely on, whether they be, partnering with other business enterprises, getting help from volunteer workers, arranging events to raise funds, entering into public-private partnership so on and so forth. The aim is to work the best way out that harmonizes the interest of all. The project proposes an evening school approach to the ease the burden of disproportionate funding that exists within Fazaia School. This endeavor would assist the school in attracting and stabilizing its funding base. Additional recommendations are put forward that relate to Fazaia School’s performance management and other minor problems that have emerged as a result of diversity which exists in the school. en_US
