The project anticipated here presents the research work that aims at studying how the employee retention techniques affect the employees and influence their decision to either leave or to stay in the organization. The introduction will generally give a brief outlook of the importance of retention techniques, its importance and impacts on the employees of any organization particularly the employees of Al-Falah Bank Rawalpindi/Islamabad. In proceeding paragraphs, hypothesis of research project, its significance, objective, analytical scholarly review or literature review, research questions and survey results. The study will discuss and critically examine the Affect of employee’s retention techniques i.e. work-environment, work-life balance and compensation packages on the employees of Al-Falah Bank Rawalpindi /Islamabad, keeping in view the survey results.
At the end, survey sample and bibliography is attached for reference material under study is provided. |
