| dc.description.abstract | The purpose of this research study is all about to know the impact of financial rewards on employee’s performance in banking sector. The purpose of any organization is to sustain long term development in the global market. Employees can be motivated by some other factors, but this research study was conducted To find out the impact of financial rewards on employees performance. To find out the impact of motivated employees on over all organizational performance. The research instrument used was the questionnaires. 60 questions were distributed among the employees of three of famous banks of Pakistan, namely HBL, Standard Chartered Bank and MCB. Judgmental sampling was done. This is a descriptive study and observations are represented by the use of percentage charts. Secondary research was conducted to have a clear understanding about the problem at hand. In Pakistan there has always been a dearth of highly skilled & experienced employees. So there is need to retain such employees. With the emergence of foreign banks & improvement in the public & private sector banks in Pakistan, this need is becoming stronger with each passing year. As a result of these needs the banks are finding new and effective ways for employee’s retention & better performance. Organization can use their employees as a powerful tool to gain competitive advantage & progress in the sector. Thus the purpose of the study is to find out how the financial rewards impact employees performance. | en_US |
