dc.description.abstract The main purpose of conducting this project was to provide students with a holistic view of Project Management, i.e how projects can contribute to the strategic goals of the organization. In the present world of modern era, prospective project managers are not only to understand the role of a project in the organization but to realize the biggest challenges for project management in particular is to address complexities in such a manner as to make the project a success. Our emphasis is not only on how project management works but more importantly how Integrated Change Control management affects the success of a project. No project of any significant size can be expected to run without at least one change. Changes can arise from a customer request that changes the project scope, engineering design modifications or time duration. Our project has in-depth coverage of OFAN (Optical Fiber Access Network) project which was done by ZTE for its client PTCL. en_US
