The Impact of lean Waste Management on Pakistani Organizations

Abstract

The world is becoming a global village and the organizations tries to maximize their profits by availing the maximum resource available to them .the organization now focuses to improve their resources by effectively and efficiently by cutting their extra costs. The lean waste management concepts identifies eight wastes which promotes the organization by saving removal of the wastes. A group of 301 persons took part in this study through a predesigned questionnaire the questionnaire mainly considers different independent Variables like practices, activities and processes and dependent variable like performance. The study shows that the lean (waste) management can impact in a number of different ways and performance of the organizations can be improved with the implementation of lean management.
