dc.description.abstract This research project represents an approach for viewing and analyzing the fraud happening in the corporate sector. This dilemma is to experience immense losses in the organizations. For that purpose Security and Exchange Commission of Pakistan (SECP) made rules and regulations. They make frequent changes in the rules and regulations according to the situation. This commission examines and controlling corruption, and fraud happening which leads to an increase in organizational efficiency, organizational effectiveness and organizational performance. This study shows that how SECP make policy decisions and took actions against the fraudulent individuals and organizations. They highlighted the areas in which the organizations are weakening and do not operates according to the rules and regulations of the SECP. The procedure of data collection used in this study is through the questionnaire and the personal interviews. The survey contains the sample size of 45-50. The result of the study shows that how SECP identify, observe and notice the areas where the companies are not fulfilling the require en_US
