Abstract:
The research is carried out to re-examine the empirical significance of the relationship between organizational justice and employee job satisfaction. The sample size of the study covers 200 employees working in the telecommunication companies (Mobilink, Ufone, Telenor and Zong) in capital territory. Statistical Package for the Social Sciences (SPSS) approach is being used as estimation technique. Research hypotheses are being tested through structured closed-ended questionnaires. The cross-sectional study under consideration unambiguously confirms the notion that organizational justice tends to accelerates the job satisfaction.
