| dc.description.abstract | This research project represents an approach for thinking about the great amount of corruption in public organization specifically WAPDA (IESCO). Dilemma of public organization is to experience immense losses. So they are incapable in generation of required output. It examines that controlling the corruption lead to an increase in organizational efficiency, organizational effectiveness and organizational performance. This study analyzed the response of 217 employees of IESCO from different subdivisions and office of manager operations in Islamabad and Rawalpindi. The questionnaire based survey instrument was used. The result of this research demonstrates that organizational performance is not influenced by corruption, whereas organizational effectiveness & organizational efficiency is significantly influenced by corruption.
