dc.description.abstract This project intends to discuss the critical factors that are creating a gap in the quality levels of public and private sector. The project focuses only on the primary and secondary level of education. Student teacher ratio, salary and other benefits, and teacher’s training are taken as the variable for study. It is proved that above mentioned three factors are directly linked with quality of education. It is also proved that these three factors are creating a gap in both the sectors. en_US
