Abstract:
This research studied the impact/ relationship of transit trade agreement of landlocked Afghanistan which is fully surrounded by land and don’t have direct access the sea ports and to the international market, as well as it is impact on Pakistan, which provided by direct access to the central Asia. The research is conducted on the data of Afghanistan Pakistan Transit Trade Agreement. The data in this research is gathered from Afghanistan’s ministry of commerce and Pakistan’s ministry of commerce, the research show the impact of transit trade on both countries especially, it is about Afghanistan because Afghanistan is a land surrounded country which mostly effected economic development of the country. The data used for this research is from 2001-2014. No variables are used for this research, because it is comparative study to compare the ATTA and APTTA agreement, which exactly show the APTTA transit trade agreement on both the country.
