Abstract:
Food business is always been a success. It is something which attracts people if you provide tasty food. Mama Mia is one of the leading Pakistani based café which is situated in Westrige Rawalpindi currently operating and providing quality and delicious food to its customers with an Italian theme. It started with a partnership business and will follow the same for its expansion in Islamabad with two owners Col. Nadeem Anwar (Rtd) & Mr. Nadeem Kazmi. Generally our target segments are students, professionals and families. Initially we have planned to expand the café in one of the famous mall, Centaurus Mall which is located in the capital city of Pakistan. The reason behind choosing Islamabad for the expansion of Mama Mia was that its one of the major and nearest populated and famous city of Pakistan. Islamabad is considered as one of the world most attractive cities and is listed in world’s top cities list as well. A large number of important educational and working institutions of Pakistan are located in Islamabad which includes a large number of students and it is also considered as an important hub of working class people.
