Impact of the Leadership Styles on Organizational Agility: The Moderating Role of Organizational Ambidexterity in Telecom Industry
Pakeeza Safeer, 01-229222-007
Leadership behaviors are important factors that define the dynamics of an organization particularly in the rapidly growing fields such as the telecoms sector in Pakistan. This research focuses on how leadership theories influence agility in an organization with an emphasis on digital leadership, authentic leadership, and adaptive leadership. This is the ability to be innovative and make changes swiftly within an organization in volatile environments hence termed as organizational agility. Moreover, in this research, the moderating role of organizational ambidexterity in these interactions is also examined. In the context of telecom industry, it is suggested that, organizational ambidexterity, which is the undertaking of exploitation as well as exploration strategies impacts how different leadership paradigms are enacted and manifested in organizational flexibility. Based on the literature on technological innovation, digital leadership, and authentic leadership along with the concept of adaptive leadership, the study examines how the approach enhances the ability to be responsive to opportunities and threats that are peculiar to a given industry. The Leader-Member Exchange (LMX) hypothesis focuses on the relationship aspect in the encouragement of cooperation, trust, and response. It provides a guideline on how to assess the quality of the relationship between the leaders and the followers. They also emphasise the importance of relational dynamics in creating organisational agility by including LMX findings. It also offers good advice for the strategic management and leadership in volatile market conditions. In an attempt to get a comprehensive understanding of the intricate relationships that exist between the three variables namely organizational agility, organizational ambidexterity and leadership styles, the research plan entails a cross-sectional study design, quantitative survey with a sample of 384 participants. It is expected that the findings shall contribute towards the theoretical framework regarding the nature of leadership and shall offer practical recommendations to enhance the performance and strategic positioning of telecom companies in Pakistan. The findings of the study thus offer managerial implications for the strategic directions and leadership programmes to address the legislative changes, opportunities created through new technologies, and sustaining competitive advantage in Pakistan telecommunication industry.

The Impact of Green Training & Development, Green Recruitment & Selection on Employee Creativity in Telecom Sector in Pakistan: The Moderating Roles of Democratic Leadership and Technology
Muhammad Hamza, 01-229221-006
This study explores the relationship between employee creativity in Pakistan's dynamic telecom industry and ecologically friendly Human Resource (HR) practices, specifically green training and development and green recruiting and selection. The purpose of the study is to clarify any moderating impact that democratic leadership and technology may have on these important relationships. Employing a sophisticated stratified random sample methodology, comprehensive data collection was conducted among full-time employees in the HR, Quality Assurance, and Information Technology (IT) departments in Islamabad, providing nuanced insights. To ensure a heterogeneous participant pool, the analytical approach incorporated thorough demographic profiling. Rigorous statistical techniques, including regression analysis, correlation analysis, descriptive statistics, and reliability assessments, were employed. The findings underscore the diversity of the participant pool and demonstrate strong internal consistency among all variables examined. Positive relationships between the factors were observed, and multiple regression analysis yielded empirical evidence supporting the positive impact of integrating green HR strategies on enhancing employee creativity. The study clarifies the moderating effect of technology on these dynamics and emphasizes the critical role that technological improvements play in determining the results of green HR initiatives. Moderation analyses that follow underscore the important contributions that democratic leadership and technology make to the development of innovative work environments. The study concludes that there is a strong relationship between the implementation of green HR practices and increased employee creativity, indicating that these policies may act as triggers for organizational innovation. The findings highlight the necessity of additional research projects and proactive corporate adoption of green HR practices in order to promote long-term sustainability and creative results. The paper recommends that in order to foster innovative and sustainable work cultures, corporate executives incorporate eco-friendly initiatives into their strategic HR methods.

Exploring the Influence of Employee Engagement on Organizational Performance With Mediating Role of Monetary Benefits in Public Sector Organization of Pakistan
Muhammad Fahim Khan, 01-229222-004
The current study investigates the relationships between employee engagement, organizational performance and mediating role of monetary benefits on these variables in the public sector organization of Pakistan. Positivistic Deductive approach was utilized and data was collected from 370 respondents from a public sector organization of Pakistan having a total population size of approx. 40,000 employees. Results have been drawn with the help of SPSS and PLS-4. The findings reveal that employee engagement significantly enhances organization performance and both variables are significantly mediated by monetary benefits. Practical implications include thoughtful insights for policymakers, leaders and managers for developing HR strategies that can foster employee engagement and to devise compensation packages that adequately translates for employee efforts. Future research directions are suggested to further explore the relationship of these variables across diverse sectors, cultural contexts, and perform longitudinal studies, moreover performing more research using other potential mediators and moderators in order to further enhance the understanding of these variables.

The Mediating Role of Digital Consumer Protection and Digital Financial Literacy with Mobile Money Adaptation and Financial Inclusion in Pakistan

The Mediating Role of Digital Consumer Protection and Digital Financial Literacy with Mobile Money Adaptation and Financial Inclusion in Pakistan
Ibrar Hassan Khan, 01-229222-003
The integration of digital financial services has become increasingly significant in enhancing financial inclusion, particularly in developing countries. This study focuses on the mediating roles of digital consumer protection and digital financial literacy in the relationship between mobile money adaptation and financial inclusion in Pakistan. The research investigates how these mediators impact financial inclusion outcomes, aiming to provide insights for policymakers and financial institutions. Mobile money services offer a convenient alternative to traditional banking, especially in regions with limited access to financial infrastructure. However, the effectiveness of these services depends on the consumers' understanding of digital finance and the security measures in place to protect them. The study distributed a 770 questionnaire among individuals and 412 individuals responded from diverse demographics in Lahore, Peshawar, Rawalpindi and Islamabad with a response rate of 54.93%. The Partial Least Squares Structural Equation Modeling (PLS-SEM) method is employed to analyze the data due to its effectiveness in handling complex models. Findings indicate that digital financial literacy significantly enhances the positive effects of mobile money adaptation on financial inclusion, while robust digital consumer protection mitigates potential risks associated with digital transactions. Additionally, the research highlights significant differences in mobile money usage and financial inclusion across various regions and socioeconomic groups in Pakistan. The results underscore the importance of promoting digital financial literacy and strengthening consumer protection frameworks to maximize the benefits of mobile money services. Policymakers are encouraged to implement targeted educational programs and enforce stricter regulatory measures to safeguard consumers. The study's limitations include its focus on Pakistan and a specific set of digital financial services. Future research could explore similar dynamics in other developing countries and include a broader range of digital financial products. By addressing these critical factors, this research contributes to the broader discourse on financial inclusion and offers practical recommendations to enhance digital financial ecosystems in emerging economies.
